NICE TO MEET YOU

Hi, I’m Stephanie Kelcey, a certified Profit First Professional and a certified Professional Bookkeeper. I have been a bookkeeper since 2007, when I was managing a commercial photography and film production studio in Toronto. In 2011, after the birth of my second child, I decided to prioritize my family and started a small bookkeeping firm focussing on photographers & directors. As my kids grew, so did my business.

I’ve lived a lot of life. From punk rocker, to wife and mom, to business owner, through some cancer off-roading, to separation, and co-parenting. It is because of my challenges and my ability to transmute shit into gold that I have come to a place of great self-love, care, and compassion. When I learned of Profit First during Covid, I was cohabitating while separated because, well, Covid and, you guessed it, finances! I implemented Profit First in my business in 2021 and have witnessed first hand the power of the system. It enabled me to move out and afford my own space for me and my kids. Since then I have used my quarterly profit distributions to share amazing experiences with loved ones. Now I am excited to share this system and knowledge with others to educate, empower, and elevate their financial awareness.
